The physical benefits of Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a demanding sport but with regular training your body will become more agile, strong, flexible and conditioned.  

Training boosts your body’s metabolism which makes you burn off unwanted fats and gain muscle.  with a few months of training you will benefit from a much leaner body.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is important for the fitness aspect of boxing.  It is predominantly used to developed your strength, conditioning and anaerobic fitness.  With circuit training, you can work the entire body and improve your cardio fitness.

Strength & Conditioning

Whether you’re training to become a fighter, or to simply get in better shape, the fundamentals of fitness are the same. If you want to improve your strength, your focus should be on lifting weights. If you want to improve your conditioning, your focus should be on cardiovascular exercises.  Our Strength & Conditioning classes incorporate a mixture of both, sometimes with weights, sometimes with just your own body weight and will improve speed strength & power.
